Accuracy
Every claim must be supported by a current, verifiable source. For anything touching visa rules, fees, or government requirements, the source must be a government or official authority (.gov.au, Home Affairs, VEVO, legislation.gov.au). EazyViza's editorial team checks all facts before publication.
Originality
Every submission must be original and unpublished elsewhere. We check all submissions using Copyscape and Originality.ai before review. Duplicate or AI-spun content is rejected without feedback.
Word count and structure
Articles must be 1,200 to 1,800 words. Use H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs (3 to 4 lines maximum), and specific examples over vague generalisations. We do not publish padded, generic content.
Link requirements
Every submitted article must include: at least two internal links pointing to relevant EazyViza blog posts or service pages; at least one external link to a government or official source; and a maximum of one outbound link to the contributor's own website (subject to editorial approval). No third-party commercial links.
How to Submit: Two Stages
We use a two-stage process to protect your time and ours. Please do not send a full draft without an approved pitch. Full drafts without prior pitch approval are not reviewed.
Stage 1 — The Pitch (email first)
Send a pitch email to Info@eazyviza.com with the subject line:

Your pitch email should include:
- Proposed headline — specific and keyword-informed, matching the style of the topic list above
- Two-paragraph summary — what the article covers and why your audience and ours would benefit
- Your credentials — a sentence or two on your relevant experience or expertise
- Your website URL and the URL you are requesting as your backlink
- Your approximate word count and outline (bullet points, not full sections)
We respond to all pitches within 5 business days. If you have not heard back within 7 business days, your pitch was not selected for this cycle.
Stage 2 — The Full Draft (after pitch approval only)
Once your pitch is approved, you have 10 business days to submit your full article. Send it to the same email address as a Google Doc link (set to “Anyone with the link can view”) or a .docx attachment.
Your submission email should follow this exact structure:
Subject: [Guest Submission] Article Title — Author Name
Proposed Headline: Full article title, keyword-informed
Meta Description (150–160 characters): One-sentence summary for search engines
Author Bio (max 60 words): Third-person bio with name, credentials, website URL, and one sentence on your area of expertise
Author Website: Your site URL
Requested Backlink URL and Anchor Text: The specific page URL and exact anchor text phrase
Cover Image: One high-resolution image (WebP or PNG, minimum 1200px wide) with source credit and usage rights confirmed
Article Draft: Attached as a Google Doc (anyone with link can view) or .docx
The article draft must include:
- H1 headline
- H2 and H3 subheadings throughout
- Body paragraphs (3 to 4 lines maximum)
- Two internal links to EazyViza pages already embedded
- One external link to a government or official source already embedded
- Your single outbound backlink already embedded at the appropriate anchor text
- A disclaimer at the end: “This article is general information only and does not constitute legal or migration advice.”
What Happens After You Submit
Pitch review (within 5 business days)
We check your pitch for niche fit, originality of angle, and whether the topic overlaps with existing EazyViza content. If approved, we confirm by email with any guidance notes. If declined, we let you know so you can pitch elsewhere.
Draft review (within 7 business days of submission)
Our editorial team checks your draft for factual accuracy, originality, link compliance, and writing quality. We may return the draft with specific revision requests. Minor edits are made by our team without re-approval.
Legal and compliance check
Because EazyViza is a lawyer-supervised service, all content touching immigration topics is reviewed against current Department of Home Affairs policy before publication.
Publication
Once approved, we publish the article, add your author bio and backlink, and notify you with the live URL. Your article is then promoted across EazyViza's social channels.
Editorial Rights and YMYL Compliance
All content published on EazyViza is reviewed by our lawyer-supervised editorial team before going live. By submitting an article, you confirm that the content is original, that you hold all rights to any images included, and that you have not and will not publish the same content elsewhere. EazyViza reserves the full right to edit, update, or remove any content that conflicts with current Department of Home Affairs policy, Australian consumer law, or EazyViza's compliance standards. Links may be updated or removed if they become outdated or irrelevant. EazyViza does not guarantee a publication date or a specific placement.
