By accessing or using EazyViza ("the Service"), operated by Vyse Group Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
EazyViza provides online visa assistance, document preparation support, consultation booking, downloadable visa kits, and free eligibility tools. We are not a government agency and do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and uploads
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Review all documents before submission to immigration authorities
- Keep your account credentials secure if you create an account
Payments & Refunds
Service fees are displayed at checkout. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and any service-specific conditions are outlined on individual service pages and order confirmations. Government visa application fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant authority unless otherwise stated.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive for high-quality applications and lawyer supervision, we cannot guarantee visa grants, processing times, or specific outcomes. Immigration rules change and each case is assessed individually by authorities.

All content on this website — including text, guides, logos, and downloadable kits — is owned by EazyViza or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazyViza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including visa refusals or delays caused by third parties.
