Overview

About this service

International students already in Australia use Subclass 500 to remain and study full time at a CRICOS institution. From 1 January 2025, onshore lodgement requires a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) - offers alone are insufficient. Our team assists with CoE, GS statement drafting, funds evidence against current living-cost benchmarks, OSHC, English and health checks, and lodgement so your lawful stay continues without gaps.

Visa validity

Linked to enrolment plus vacation period; working hours capped (e.g. 48 hours per fortnight during term where applicable).

Who it's for

You must meet

  • Current StatusMust not be on an excluded visa class for onshore student transition (e.g. Visitor 600 / 485). CoE required at lodgement.
  • CRICOS EnrolmentValid CoE for the intended course.
  • Funds & OSHCEvidence of financial capacity and OSHC for the stay.

Meeting the requirements does not guarantee a visa. The final decision is made by the relevant immigration authority.
